Welcome to Dorsia Provisions, the Bay Area's premier specialty foods company situated in the heart of San Francisco’s DogPatch. Founded and Operated on a daily basis by Justin Mauz, a seasoned chef with a rich culinary background spanning acclaimed kitchens in Philadelphia (Vetri, Zahav, Lacroix and LeBec Fin) Chicago (L2O and Sixteen) Las Vegas (Joel Robuchon Restaurant at the Mansion) and eventually the iconic culinary scene of San Francisco where his final post in the kitchen was leading the team as Chef De Cuisine at Daniel Patterson’s COI; the only Restaurant to receive Three Michelin Stars in the 2018 San Francisco Guide.


Justin's passion for exquisite flavors and dedication to culinary excellence led him to embark on a new culinary venture. Inspired by his culinary journey and armed with a deep understanding of the best and most pristine ingredients, Justin transitioned into hand-selling truffles, laying the foundation for what would become his new professional focus. Transposing his love and commitment he exerted in his culinary career of product knowledge and sourcing Dorsia Provisions was born in the deepest throes of the pandemic.
