1956 - In the village of La Alberca (Salamanca) Fermín Martín and his wife, Victoriana Gómez began gathering the traditional knowledge for upbringing and curing the best Iberico pigs. In 2005, after 10 years of dedication and keeping traditional practices, Fermin became the first company to export Iberico products to the United States.
